Dear Pat:

This letter is to thank you for your incredible expertise, assistance, and ongoing support during this very trying period of my life…selling my parents’ home.  I do not give praise lightly unless it is definitely warranted…and in your case, there are absolutely not enough words of “thanks” I can heap on you!

Pat, without your guidance and professionalism…as well as your emotional support…I’m sure I would have not accomplished my goals of getting the house ready to put on the market and getting it sold!  You were a definite God-send to me when I desperately needed guidance.  How fortunate that you came into my life when I so desperately need someone of your caliber!

By the time we met, I had already had a lot of work done at my parents’ home.  How I wish I had waited!  Your suggestions and expertise helped me make the changes that the house needed that never even occurred to me.  If I have any remorse at all, it is that I did not find you much sooner.

I have had a lot of dealings with numerous Realtors over the years, even working with Realtors as an assistance at ReMax.  Of all of the Realtors I have met and worked with over the years, you are definitely heads above everyone…bar none!!  Your vast knowledge of remodeling and knowing exactly the right things that will make a home marketable was so very valuable to me.

You were there with me for every step of the way…no matter what needed to be done or what situation arose…with such incredible expertise and knowledge and always with a smile.  No matter what situation arose, you handled it with grace, aplomb and quickly rectified it.

Pat, there are no words to thank you enough for all you have done.  I know I keep reiterating this, but I can’t stop thanking you.  I wish I had 20 houses to sell, because I know you would absolutely improve them and make it happen!
